Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Fill your yellow bag with all the items you need cleaned
- If you are new to Prestige, fill any bag you have with your cleaning and leave it out with a note for our driver and we’ll return a sturdy yellow bag with your clean clothes.
- We also clean rugs, comforters, drapes and just about any other household item you can think of.
- We even do alterations and shoe shines. Whatever you need done just put it in the bag. If it doesn’t fit just put it on the porch next to the bag and we’ll grab it.
Step 2: Put your bag out by 8 a.m.
Just put the bag on the front porch where our driver can see it. You can also call and tell us a specific location (like on the back porch or side door) you would like your cleaning picked up from and delivered to. We can also pick up and deliver to your office.
Step 3: Clean clothes
Your clothes will be returned on your next pick-up/delivery day, you don’t even have to be home.
*On Call
If you don’t need cleaning done on a regular basis, you can be an “On Call” customer. Whenever you have cleaning you can schedule a pick-up by calling us at 801-567-1555, logging on to your online account, using your mobile app or sending me an email
Determine your delivery days
Prestige will come by your area twice a week to either pick up a Yellow bag or drop off your clean items. You can place clothes out on either day and they will be returned on the next pick-up/delivery day. Check the map below to determine what days we’re in your area.
